Mô tả công việc
• Answer patients' questions and determine how to assist them. Recommend and implement patient care plans and interventions based on assessment of patient conditions. Administer medications or start intravenous fluids and note times and amounts.
• Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures/blood pressures, cleaning/dressing wounds, massaging muscles, or delivering hot/cold applications.
• Administer emergency treatment for injuries/illnesses; arrange medical care if necessary. Inform employer/employees of health problems to minimize or eliminate potential illness risks. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of professional area, seek additional information when presented with unfamiliar situations; participate in ongoing professional development.
• Take care all medicines including order, tracking, report... belonging to Clinic room and First Aid bags.
• In charge of procedure to claim insurance benefits for hotel associates. Being connecting points to follow up the claim requests between hotel associates and vendors providing the insurance service.
• In charge of all activities organized for hotel associates which relevant to health condition (such as: annual health check, breast cancer check, vaccine injection...)
• In charge of all reports under working scopes, such as: medicine, equipment, health check...
• Ensure hotel associates complete required health check on time as required by hotel policy (new hire and annually) and keep all health check records properly.
• Actively update the relevant law to advise supervisor/manager to have proper action or adjustment.
• Report to supervisor/manager on time about special cases when needed (relevant to associate's health).
• Take care of associates when needed (escorting associates to hospital, calling to check the health condition)...
• Take care of Canteen to ensure the cleanliness and quality of meal for hotel associate to dine.
• Conduct daily check Lockers to ensure the cleanliness, tidiness and good condition to use with checklist. Actively follow up with relevant departments to fix/fill up tools, equipment, amenities used in Locker.
• Submit daily report after checking M floor for supervisor/manager.
• Doing administrative tasks which assigned by supervisor/manager, such as: ordering items for department.
• Other tasks are assigned by supervisor and manager when needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; use proper equipment; wear appropriate personal protective clothing; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Discuss work topics discreetly and quietly; speak with others using clear and professional language. Ensure employee compliance with company standards/policies and external regulations. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
